How Will My Products Be Shipped?
At Sunbelt Displays, we take great care and caution when shipping displays. It’s important to us that every display arrives in perfect condition and is ready to be used right out of the box. We’ll work with you to determine exactly how you want your displays packaged. For example, we’re happy to provide bulk shipment, in which we fit as many items that can safely fit in one box, or we can individually box each display.
Furthermore, we always kit-pack our displays and can include components such as hardware kits for assembling the displays, instruction sheets that provide step-by-step instructions for setting up the displays, and product samples or dummy samples to be included in the displays.
Our Shipping Methods
Once your displays have been printed, we will begin the shipment process. As a full-service display fabricator, we can ship your displays anywhere you need, whether that’s to your warehouse, your business location, a fulfillment center, or even end-user distribution locations. Plus, every box we ship will be clearly labeled, identifying:
- The content inside each box
- The number of displays included
- SKU numbers
- All other important details
If you’ve chosen a bulk shipment, we’re happy to work with your own shipping routing guide or we can arrange the freight shipment using one of our various less than truckload (LTL) freight carriers. We have worked with a number of LTL carriers over the years and have developed strong relationships with them. We can also do direct drop shipments, in which we coordinate directly with FedEx or UPS to ship your displays straight to the retail stores and businesses you work with.
Additionally, in order to ensure the most seamless shipment process possible, we will prepare the load tags, submit advance shipment notices, create special labeling, and more.
