TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ordering Information:
- In stock merchandise usually ships
the next business day after receiving your order.
- If items are not in stock, or
if you place a custom order, you will be notified
of the anticipated ship date.
- We do not set any minimum order
quantities on our products, but orders for less than
$50 will be subject to a $10 handling fee.
- In addition, for products that
are packed in a case, a $10.00 handling fee is added
to orders if the quantity is not an even case pack.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express credit cards.
Shipping Information:
- Sunbelt Plastic does not set or
control freight costs. We ship the most economical
way, usually UPS or Federal Express Ground.
- We also offer UPS or Fed Ex Next
Day Air, Second Day Air and 3-Day Select. Shipping
quotes can be obtained at time of check out. These
methods are considerably more expensive but you get
faster delivery.
- When orders exceed the UPS or
Fed Ex Ground limits on size and weight, we then ship
motor freight or common carrier which will be prepaid
and added to your invoice.
- All Shipping and packaging charges
will be added to your invoice. We charge you what
it costs us for shipping plus any additional packaging
materials necessary to insure your purchase arrives
undamaged.
- If you supply us with a wrong
zip code or address information and UPS must change
that information in order to delivery your package,
we will pass the address correction fee on to you.
Please double check the address information you provide
to avoid this inconvenience.
Damage and Return Policy:
- INSPECT all merchandise as soon
as it arrives. If your product arrives damaged, keep
all packaging materials and call us immediately. We
will file a claim and get a replacement on its way.
We cannot accept damaged merchandise claims beyond
15 days after delivery.
- Returns on stock items are accepted
within 30 days of delivery but MUST have a return
authorization number and approval prior to their return.

All returns are subject to a 30% inspection, re-boxing
and re-stocking fee.
- Returned merchandise must be repacked
and returned in their original packaging for protection.
Any merchandise received damaged will not be credited.
- Customer is responsible for the
initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs.
- Absolutely no returns accepted
for custom orders.
